Capturing without a signal

Open Capture on the phone while online once. Mati keeps the page for offline use.

Each capture is saved on the phone first and sent when the signal returns. A capture is sent exactly once, even if the phone retries.

If the server refuses a capture, the phone tells you and removes it so it does not retry forever.

If your sign-in expired, captures stay on the phone. Sign in again and they send.
